OVERVIEW:

With the irrevocable scars of the loss of a newborn etched in their hearts, Donald and Lisa Pliner journeyed to Kazakhstan, where they realized their dreams of parenthood in the form of a little girl they named Starr. Each day, as their daughter revels in the delight that is her childhood, the Pliners recall the children they left behind, those orphans whose lives will never know peace. In September of 2007 Peace for the Children Foundation was born as Pliner family’s wish to bring comfort and peace to those who need it most, children.

We are passionate about our mission to reach out to children in need, laying the groundwork for their successful futures as adults.
